Hello, the following just my review.If you follow the directions on these pill they are great. You have to drink the recommended water or more. If you spend your day sweating or working out, of course, you have to drink more than is recommended. I had a baby less than half a year ago and I have lost all of my baby weight. I lost 29 lbs on these pills and this was after I lost all my water weight. I did not have to work out all the time. All I did was go one a several one hour walk a week. I drank tons of water,and ate sensibly. I didn't feel like eating all the time which is different for me because I am at home with the baby all day long. I usually snack throughout the day and eat 3 meals but not on the pill. You will get headaches if you don't drink enough water. This is not rocket science. I would recommend these pills. I have been off them 1 month and still have not gained the weight back.
